BioWell, let's see... I'm 26 and fancy free. I have my "kids" which are my two dogs, Wiggles and Petunia.
I have a degree in fashion, and I've worked in fashion, and well, I guess I like fashion. I got my degree in 2005 and started up my own design line MichelleMade.com. It's currently not up and running, but I'm still working my cute little butt off to get it back up and making money. I mostly design what I call "girly stuff": dresses, skirts, and formal-wear. I've also done a lot of acessessory designing, mostly handbags and purses. I'll be posting pictures of my work up here so you can see it.
I'm also a big history buff, and I'm back to school to get a degree in Humanities. I was studying History, but the school that I want to go to doesn't offer a degree in History, so I'm pursuing Humanities instead, with a focus on art. In addition to my fashion, I also do a little bit of drawing, sketching, and painting.
In addition to everything else, I'm also in the process of writing a novella titled "Un Milione di Baci" which roughly translates from Italian into "love and kisses". It's a historical fiction story based on the Italian mafia in the 1920's. I'll be posting chapters here too, so you can read. Please critique and review. Be as honest as you want to be.
I'm relatively content with my life right now. I have some major health problems, some that most people have never heard of, and I battle my health everyday of my life. Currently I'm seeking treatment for Bi-Polar Disorder, which I was just diagnosed with about four months ago. Everyday is a step forward for me. I talk about my health problems, if only to educate the public.
I'm here to make friends and be friends, so if I sound interesting to you, feel free to add me, just know that I post to my journal almost daily, (I like to blog!) so be prepared to hear from me often.
